Location
Upper Long Lake Estates, (ULLE), is located in southeast Oakland County. Our community is situated in Bloomfield Township while carrying a Bloomfield Hills mailing address. The subdivision is west of Telegraph Road with two entrances (McClintock Road and Robindale Lane) off of Square Lake Road. History
Upper Long Lake Estates Corporation, (ULLEA) incorporated May 18, 1956, is a non-profit homeowners association representing one neighborhood that began as two subdivisions: Upper Long Lake Estates and Upper Long Lake Estates #1.
Upper Long Lake Estates
The first of the two land developments was named 'Upper Long Lake Estates' and was platted into 46 residential lots, numbered 1 through 46. This development has 17 “lake front” home sites, (lots 9 thru 26 referred to as 'Group A') and 28 “lake access” home sites (lots 1 thru 8, and lots 27 thru 46, referred to as 'Group B'). To provide lake access to the Group B property owners, Lot 16 was dedicated by the developer for that purpose. Lot 16, also known as, “B Beach”, is owned and maintained by the ULLE Association. B Beach has a play area, picnic, and a beach area. Any active members of ULLEA may pay a nominal annual access fee for use of B Beach. There are seasonal boat docks at Lot 16 and a limited number of slips available for Group B homeowners. An annual fee is charged for the boat slip and members must be in “good standing” with all dues. Because of the limited number of boat slips, there is currently a wait list and regulations for assignment of slips.

Upper Long Lake Estates #1
The second subdivision was developed adjacent to the original development and named 'Upper Long Lake Estates #1'. This subdivision was developed into 56 residential lots, numbered 47 through 103. The development provided lake front, canal front, and lake access lots and is now referred to collectively as 'Group C'. The dedicated lot for lake access is Lot 64, also referred to as Group C Launch. Lot 64/Group C Launch has two boat launch ramps, a dock with boat slips and a picnic area. Lot 64 is also owned by ULLEA Association and any member in good standing of ULLEA may pay a nominal annual access fee for use of the Group C Launch and C lot access. There are boat docks at Lot 64 and a limited number off slips available for Group C homeowners. An annual fee is charged for the boat slip and members must be in “good standing” with all dues. Because of the limited number of boat slips, there is a wait list and regulations for assignment of slips.
