Board Members
The Board of Directors is comprised of 11 homeowners. 5 Directors from Group C, 4 from Group B, and 2 from Group A. (There are approximately 56 homes in Group C, 28 in Group B, and 17 in Group A).
Each Board member serves a three-year term. The terms are staggered over a 3 year period with 3 expiring one year, and 4 each of the next two years. Every year at the annual general meeting, three (or four) new board members are elected replacing those whose terms are expiring. After the general meeting, the Board meets to elect and vote each officer position.

Officers
Officer Duties
President
The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Association. He/she shall preside over all meetings of the Board and of the members. He/she shall have general and active management of the business of the Association and shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Board and membership are carried into effect. He/she shall be ex-officio member of all standing committees, except the Group A Committee and Group B Committee, and shall have the general powers and duties of supervision and management usually vested in the office of a President of a corporation. He/she shall make an Annual Report to the membership.
Vice-President
The Vice-President shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the President during the absence or disability of the President.
Secretary
The Secretary shall preserve in the books of the Association the true minutes of the proceedings of all meetings. He/she shall safely keep in his custody the seal of the Association and shall have authority to affix the same to all instruments where its use is required. He/she shall give all notices required by statute, by law and resolution.
Treasurer
The Treasurer shall have custody of all Association funds and securities and shall keep, in books belonging to the Association, full and accurate accounts of all receipts and disbursements. He/she shall deposit all monies, securities and other valuable effects in the name of the Association in such depositories as may be designated for that purpose by the Board of Directors. He/she shall disburse the funds of the Association as may be ordered by the Board and shall render an account of all transactions as Treasurer, and of the financial condition of the Association, whenever requested by the President or the Board of Directors. He/she shall make a report to the membership at the Annual Meeting.
