Association Dues/Group Access Fees

Our neighborhood, its property values, and our quality of life all benefit, not only from the dues you pay, but also your individual efforts and interest in the happenings around Upper Long Lake Estates.

Members Only
Our Association maintains a directory of residents, including their phone numbers, email addresses and some additional contact information. We use this to send notices of meetings, periodic updates, announcement of events etc. We also post minutes from Board and Committee meetings and ULLEA Financial reports. If you are an Association member in good standing (all dues paid to date), you may access this area with the password you will receive after payment of your Association dues.
Boat Slips
Boat slips for B/Lot 16 and C/Lot 64 are currently full. Boat owners, who are in “good standing” with all fees and who were assigned a slip in the prior year, are eligible for a slip in the current year. Proof of your boat insurance and current registration are required each year before slip assignment. You may view the current dock assignment and wait list under the members only section.
Note: Your Association and B/C Lot dues must be paid in full the entire time you are on the boat dock waiting list or you will not be eligible to get a slip when it becomes available. It is your responsibility to make sure that the dues are paid to remain on the list.
If you would like to be added to the waiting list, an application can be made by contacting:
